Mark Zouvas — Chief Executive Officer

• Over 20 years financial and capital market experience.
• Successfully raised over $100 million in equity proceeds for various entities.
• Former CFO, member of the Board of several publicly traded companies.
• Principal in commodities trading operation on the CME in Chicago.
• PriceWaterhouse auditor.
• BA from the University of California at Berkeley. Focus on accounting and finance .

Scott Allen, CPA – Chief Financial Officer

• CPA with 20 years experience serving the oil and gas industry.
• Former tax manager with Pioneer Natural Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas company.
• Executive MBA from Texas Christian University, BS in Accounting from Montana State University, initially trained at KPMG Peat Marwick.
• Built a successful public accounting practice in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Vern Wilson – Vice President of Operations

• Over 30 years petroleum engineering experience including drilling, completion, production facility design, and reservoir engineering.
• Strong background in Petroleum Engineering practices ranging from drilling optimization through mathematical modeling of reservoirs.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
• Received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma.
