• Started his first oil and gas company in 1972.
• Founding partner in publicly traded oil and gas exploration company specializing in redeveloping mature, partially depleted oil fields in Texas.

Mark Zouvas

• Over 20 years financial and capital market experience.
• Successfully raised over $100 million in equity proceeds for various entities.
• Former CFO, member of the Board of several publicly traded companies.
• Principal in commodities trading operation on the CME in Chicago.
• PriceWaterhouse auditor.
• BA from the University of California at Berkeley. Focus on accounting and finance .

Alan Rae

• Over twenty-five years of diverse commercial experience in the automotive, financial and service industries as a consultant, business owner and manager.
• Founder and CEO of O2Diesel Corp. ( AMEX -OTD). Mr. Rae has been responsible for establishing O2Diesel’s position as the global leader in the development and commercialization of ethanol/diesel fuel technologies.
• Studied Mechanical Engineering in Glasgow, Scotland.

Jean-Baptiste Heinzer

• Started his career with Caterpillar in 1994. He was then called to turn around his family's business and led it to a successful sale.
• Returned to industry as business development consultant.
• Founder of Equitys in 2002, a project management & corporate finance company.
• Graduated from the University of Lausanne business school & post graduate in Corporate Finance from the University of Geneva.

Scott Allen

• 20 years oil and gas industry experience.
• Certified Public Accountant who began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in Midland, Texas and evolved into successful private practice in 2002.
• Chief Financial Officer of ReoStar Energy Corporation since its’ inception in February 2007 and, serving on the Board of Directors since July 2008.
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montana State University; Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
